My good friends dog was sprayed by a skunk. What should she do?? Thanks so much for your expertise.

Hello:
For skunk relief, bathing your dog and using a product called Skunk Off is helpful.
An alternative is to mix Listerine mouthwash 50/50 with water;-soak your dog in it for 10 minutes then bathe, rinse and dry.
You may need to repeat this a couple times to completely remove the odor.
