Mary Manka is a life-long animal lover, and fitness buff. She’s had, and has numerous animals including dogs, horses, cats, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, and whatever other animal her daughter may have brought home. This has given her a broad insight into animal behavior and training. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of Push Ups n PawS, LLC.In the pursuit of an activity that would be fun and involve her dogs, she developed Push Ups n PawS, LLC, a program that blended human physical fitness and basic dog obedience. A new concept in physical fitness and dog training, the program offers a cardio/total body workout for humans and basic obedience training for the dogs.
